SIBIONICS GENERAL INFORMATION
Sibionics GS1 CGM is a CE certified glucose meter approved by the Ministry of Health in Turkey, licensed in 25 countries such as Switzerland and Italy in Europe, and approved by the Ministry of Health in Turkey for patients over 3 years of age, with proven efficacy and safety in paediatric and adult Type 1 Diabetes patients. You can access the clinical studies on our web page. The device sends glucose measurement every 5 minutes to the application on the phone. The device works with Bluetooth. It works on phones with Bluetooth and you can download the Sibionics application. When you set the glucose measurement intervals from the application, a warning alarm sounds on the phone accordingly. Parents can see the measurements from their own phones even if the child is at school. It lasts for 14 days. It is not affected by water after wearing. It does not make a price difference in the state payment between 2-18 years old.

SIBIONICS IN CASE OF SENSOR FAILURE
Sibionics Glucose Meter may very rarely be disconnected or mismeasured, this may be due to internet, device, distance, technique or phone. To prevent this, we recommend that you first switch bluetooth off and back on again, it is important to delete the name of the device from the Bluetooth settings before this process, if the problem still persists, delete the Sibionics application and try again, if the problem still persists, we recommend connecting the device on another phone, if the problem still persists, please contact our hotline 0 541 762 53 15.

WHAT TO DO FOR SIBIONICS REMOTE TRACKING
You can do the following steps to add followers with your SIBIONICS CGM GS1 sensor.
If you are the person who wants to follow up, you should download the SIBIONICS application to your phone, add the user code sent to your e-mail address to the Sibionics application with an e-mail address of your own, and then register to the application by creating a username and password.If you are the person using the sensor, you can log in to the SIBIONICS application and share instant measurements and warning alarms by typing the e-mail address of the person who wants to follow in the MY FOLLOWERS field by choosing FAMILY + FRIENDS or SPECIALIST HEALTH ORGANISATION in the DATA SHARING section from the PROFILE section on the home page.
It is important for alarm and data sharing that the follower and the user also activate the OFF DISTURBING FEATURE from the ALARMS section.
